Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students will be able to define psychological factors that affect individual and group behaviors.
  • Students will be able to list positive organizational behaviors that help to increase individual performance and organizational effectiveness
  • Students will be able to explain human behaviors and relationships in organizations by using organizational behavior theory
  • Based on their theoretical knowledge on human behaviors, students will be able to develop principles regarding management.
  • When they will be employees/managers, students will be able to show appropriate behaviors by analyzing and interpreting individuals and groups behaviors in their workplaces
